Shipping & Delivery Fees

■Orders will be shipped from our Shiga factory via Sagawa Express.
For orders under ¥33,000 (tax included), a shipping fee of ¥550 (tax included) will be charged.
However, additional charges may apply for remote islands and some areas. Thank you for your understanding.
For large items such as beds and mattresses (Art Setting Delivery), a separate estimate will be provided.

About Dispatch

■Normally, bedding will be dispatched within 1 week of your order, while large items such as couches, beds, and furniture will take 3-4 weeks. Thank you for your understanding.

*Due to the New Year holidays, dispatch may take longer than the times stated above. Please see the "News" section on the top page for details.
*For bank transfers, bedding will be dispatched within 1 week and furniture within 4 weeks of payment confirmation.

If you are not available to receive your delivery, please contact the transport company's local office listed on the missed delivery notice within 6 days.
If the package is not received within the storage period (6 days), it may be returned to us. Please make arrangements to receive your package as soon as possible.

Please note that in such cases, you may be responsible for the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs for re-delivery. The shipping cost for returns varies depending on the package, and we will contact you with the details. We do not ship outside of Japan, so please be aware of this in advance.

Return Policy

■Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or if you received a different product than what you ordered.
■Please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of product arrival. (※Limited to unused items)
※Returns will not be accepted if the deadline has passed or if the item has been used. Thank you for your understanding.
※Due to the nature of viewing on a computer, the product images may differ slightly from the actual color. Please understand this. (We do not consider discrepancies in image color as our fault. If you would like to know more about colors, please inquire before purchasing.)
Before completing your order, please be sure to confirm the size, color, and in the case of non-standard size items, the搬入経路 (delivery route), etc.
※We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience, such as "it's not what I imagined," "it doesn't fit in the room," or "I ordered the wrong item." Thank you for your understanding.
